AITA for getting annoyed at housemate for always using my stuff?

I (f,23) live in a house share with 6 people, 2 I have lived with for the past 4 years and another one is close friends with them. We moved to a house and have 2 random people living with us. They’ve both been using our kitchenware and ingredients, we asked them not too and one of them has stopped. However one of my house mates, Zack still uses everyone’s stuff despite asking nicely several times not too. He has his own cutlery, plates, pans ect but will still use everyone’s else’s. It’s more annoying as he doesn’t wash it properly afterwards and only rinses under cold water and sometimes doesn’t wash at all. Im always having to wash my stuff twice because he doesn’t wash with soap and hot water. And when I want to cook or eat I can’t because it’s dirty and I have to wash it first despite not using it.We all have our own cupboard and we’ve repeatedly told him our stuff isn’t communal. I’ve asked nicely for months now but he’s still doing it. I saw him using some of my stuff and I got annoyed with him saying it’s not fair and to stop doing it . My other housemates have been annoyed by it too and always talk about it but don’t say anything. Now they’ve made comments to me saying I’m overreacting. AITA?
