AITA for telling my coworker she's disgusting?

My (m29) coworker (f early 30's) is pregnant with her first baby. She's on her first trimester and I know that because she uses that as an excuse for literally everything. Suddenly she can't clean the microwave or she'll get sick, suddenly we have been forbidden to have fish for lunch, suddenly she's entitled to work less, leave early or come in later than the rest of us in our office. I think our manager who's also a female has a clear bias here because she had set thousands of new rules for us to accommodate this pregnant coworker, although none of those rules are in our contracts.

Tbh in tired of her, she choose that, I don't feel like I need to accommodate her. I prepared two tuna sandwiches for lunch yesterday, I don't care if the smell makes her sick. My coworker we to the break room and smelled the fish, she asked if someone had brought fish knowing it was against rules now because of her pregnancy. I told the tuna sandwiches were mine and asked if she had an issue with it, she said it's making her want to throw up. I told her she's disgusting for saying that, then she went off on me. My boss got involved and I got a warning for breaking the rules, I told her I will report them both to HR if they continue harassing me like this. Am I an asshole for this? My coworker "had" to leave early because she was "sick" (I don't believe her)

Btw: the rest of our department agrees with me and want to complain to HR too because this woman has took advantage of them one way or another ever since she got pregnant. It's not only me who's tired of her.
