AITA for calling out a friend?

So I've (23f) had this friend Alyssa (22f) that I've been having issues with. For background: she has always been terrible with time and tends to cancel a lot of plans. We've been friends for 4 years now but for 2 of those years she lived in another state and only contacted me to ask for money. She recently moved back here. She now lives about 1.5 hours away.

The conflict: I have one day a week where I'm free to make plans with friends and we made plans for a girls night with another couple of friends Lane and Brian (21f and 22m) last week. Brian was going to hang at the pool during the day then leave so we could have our girls night. Alyssa had never met Brian before and when they started talking, she ignored us and didn't want him to leave so we didn't have a girls night. We made plans for later in the week to meet at Lane's dad's house. After I got there, Lane got a text from Alyssa saying "hey I picked up Brian and we're heading over" when Brian wasn't invited to begin with.

Finally, I made one last attempt to hang out with Alyssa today. Over an hour after she was supposed to come over, I had to text and ask if she was still coming. She said she hadn't even left yet and was planning to dip out to see Brian again tonight. I canceled the plans and sent a long message explaining how frustrating this situation has become. Aita?
