AITA for sending my coworker memes?

Earlier today at the end of my shift, my manager called me into the office. I wasn't sure what it was about and he told me that one of my coworkers felt uncomfortable with me communicating with them about non-work related things outside of work. I only talk to one coworker outside of work so I figured who the anonymous coworker was pretty easily but that left me very confused.

In terms of my outside communication with this coworker, we had started sending each other images from "Shirts That Go Hard" and other similar memes around December 2022. During shifts, we talk and get along fine and make jokes with each other as well. Definitely someone I previously considered to be on good terms with. The other day I said "Happy Birthday" because it was my coworker's birthday and they thanked me. And I sent an image from Shirts That Go Hard today. We also worked together today and everything went as it normally does until I was called into the office for the meeting.

I don't understand why my coworker felt uncomfortable but figure I'll not communicate with them outside of work and keep it minimal with them at work now. The whole situation just felt very out of the blue and since I don't understand why my coworker suddenly felt uncomfortable, I'm now uncomfortable about working alongside them since I'm unsure what prompted these feelings.
