I got quite a lot of money from my grandparents on my 18th birthday. I spent a small part and I put the rest into savings. I haven't been getting any pocket money since September, so if I want to buy anything then I have to use my savings. I used to get 25$ monthly and it was enough for some expenses I had (makeup, cosmetics, food) Btw, I'm not from USA, work is not an option for me (they wouldn't even let me as I have finals in may)
Since I have a lot of savings, I also borrowed some money to my mum when she wanted to buy herself something, but didn't have her salary yet. My dad once paid for some stuff then(~100$) and took the money out of my account (I didn't have access to my money for 2 months but he could do this) so my mum could pay me back directly. I also had to withdraw some money for doctor etc. So they owe me around 150$ total which I haven't seen back.
When I asked about it back or wanted to at least to agree how much they owe me, my dad told me to not start arguments and dismissed me. I feel bad asking them for the money back but I don't like that they seem to forget about it. I don't want it know I just want confirmation that they will pay me back.
AITA for requesting that I get my money back?
