AITA for calling the cops on my girlfriend after she locked me out of our apartment causing me to have to sleep on the balcony overnight?

So last night my girlfriend and I got into a huge fight when she discovered my dog is named after my ex-girlfriend. We were having this argument on our 27th floor balcony and she went inside and locked the door when she went in. I didn’t have my phone on me and she didn’t open the door until the next morning. I called the cops on her once she let me in because technically my name is on the lease. They took her away (no charges pressed), but now my cousin is calling me a massive asshole. AITA?
