AITA for not telling my family that I'm pregnant?

Alright so I(F19) am pregnant with my fiance's son. I haven't been pregnant for too long but have already has to go to the hospital a few times and have been deemed a high risk pregnancy. Now my family has gotten into some disagreements about my life lately like uninviting my sis and mom to my wedding because they deemed it wasn't fair I didn't make my sister the MOH. That being said I still want them a part of my life. When I became pregnant I didn't want to share it with anyone as I didn't want to lose my baby and shatter everyone's hearts. Now I'm a couple months pregnant and still a bit worried but still haven't told anyone in my family about it, nor did I plan to until I wasn't able to hide it anymore. Unfortunately my sister found out and then told my mother. When my mother found out she got angry at me and said that my pregnancy shouldn't be something I hide from them because they're family. I told them my reasoning that I didn't want to get their hopes up in case I lost the baby for some reason or the other, miscarriage, abortion, etc. She didn't accept this reasoning and was still mad so I'm wondering AITA?
